Previously a stone farmhouse, this restored villa is located in Poggio d'Acona, 23 km from Arezzo. You can relax by the outdoor pool in the 2000 m² garden and make use of the barbecue. Set on 2 floors, the villa comes with a living room with a fireplace and satellite TV on the ground floor. All rooms are on the upper floor. The bathrooms feature a bath or a shower. Subbiano is 9 km from Poggiolino by PosarelliVillas, while Arezzo Train Station is a 30-minute drive away.

This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Swimming pool #1 is closed from Sun 15 Oct 2023 until Mon 15 Apr 2024 A damage deposit of EUR 600 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note that heating is not included and it will be charged extra according to usage. When staying more than 1 week, fresh bed linen and towels can be provided at an extra charge of EUR 100. Gas usage is charged extra at 5 EUR per cubic metre when used.
