"Pros: NIK on reception was great really nice and helpful. Amazing views of Matterhorn etc. Was clean and tidy. Parking not to bad just outside. Cheapest price in Cervinia Cons: Bad sewer smell from the the bathroom the whole time we stayed and nothing was done despite reporting it. Sometimes noisy at night from neighbours. Slow lift. Kitchen had no oven and very small. With the bed settee made up in lounge it was quite cluttered and lil space. If staying in Cielo alto you need a vehicle as its a steep long walk from town" ~Gary

"Pros: Room was perfect for the 3 of us (1 adult, 1 youth and 1 child). Space was compromised as we needed the sofa bed out but we knew this before we went away so for us it was a perfect base where we slept and self- catered. Cons: Trying to regulate the heating to dry ski clothes was very difficult" ~Ann

"Pros: This is a clean and comfortable apartment which we were happy to stay in and would book again. Cons: Guests should be aware that it’s a 5-minute drive to the main ski area car park (or 30-minute walk). There is lots of parking available but if there is a lot of snow you may be dependent on the regular public bus, as the apartment is up a hill that is tricky to navigate in icy weather" ~Steve
