"Pros: The location was perfect to visit the Tuscan area. Fantastic views all round the property.
Cons: The WiFi reception was very very poor and quite often had to go upstairs to get any. A bit frustrating. Also the upstairs toilet took a very long time to refill and to use other toilet you had to go down 3 flights of stairs. Tried to tell the owner but we had no Italian and she had no English so we just accepted it. Bins were a bit confusing. Everything is sorted by paper card etc but no bin for general waste or for tins. Beds in twin room were not very comfortable."
