"Pros: Great location, good communication from our host with easy check in instructions. More spacious than we expected, clean and comfortable. Cons: The kitchen could have done with a few bits to prepare food like a chopping board, knives for chopping, and a kettle for us Brits and our tea." ~Cocobear74

"Pros: The location of the house was superb in a quiet road close to the central square, the cathedral, bars and restaurants. It was beautifully decorated, good use of space, incredibly clean, had a traditional vaulted ceiling and had everything in the kitchenette that one needed for a few days stay. The bathroom was very clean and had a good shower with plentiful hot water. The beds were comfortable and the house was cool after external temperatures of 26/28C. We did not meet our host but he was quick to respond to all our questions and provided a video showing the walk to the house from the free parking close by. A very pleasant stay and value for money. Cons: Finding a parking space was difficult at times and only found alternative from previous visits to Ceglie but this was not the fault of the host. Although the photos of the property showed two open bedrooms it was a bit of a surprise to find that neither had a door to maintain some privacy." ~Colette

"Pros: My Calce Home Stay has been a unique experience for me because Salvatore is a very gentle, and helpful host with great Custumers' Care. Her mother is really amazingly full of affection, love, care, very attentive to everyone's needs with generosity and very energetic at her great age. The position of Calce Home is within walking distance to the Street Market that is held every Saturday morning and there are nearby plenty of places to enjoy good homemade pizza. and other favarourite Italian meals.
