"Pros: This was a great find on Booking.com. A nice air conditioned 2 bedroom apartment within 10 minutes walk of Cecina beaches. The host was nice and was there to meet us with the keys and arrived within 10 minutes when we managed to trip a fuse by switching on too many appliances at the same time. The gifts on arrival from the host were also a nice touch. Cecina itself is a very lovely and lively seaside town with plenty of good bars and restaurants. An added bonus of this booking is a voucher, provider by the host, for free umbrella and 2 chairs on a private beech a few minutes walk away. We went there almost every day. The allocated free parking space was very useful too as we hired a car from Pisa airport (which is less than an hour away). Cons: Cecina was very busy, but I think this is normal for summer. The private beech umbrella and chairs were a real bonus and we did not have any major problems getting served at restaurants and bars." ~Matthew
