"Pros: Fantastic location, staff very professional. Sunbeds pool and beach amazing. Has own private dock so you can arrange boat trips from the location. lots of restaurants in area, but most were shut at this time of year. Bus is on doorstep and very good to get to other parts of the island.
Cons: Had an issue with noise one night that woke us up, turned out the cleaners room / storage had a fan that was left on. it was this fan that made the noise. it was quite bad. The owners were very apologetic and made up for it with a surprise cake for my wife's Birthday. Would benifit from a kettle and tea/coffee."

"Pros: It's all about the location. A short walk to the beautiful Marina Piccola beach and a bus stop at the door (although it is better to walk down to the beach stop as it won't stop if it is full). The balcony has a nice sea view. You can walk into Capri but it is 300 steps up plus some more uphill walking. The walk down is ok.
Cons: The whole apartment needs a really good clean, it has such potential.The shower tiles and floor are very dirty. The washing machine doesn't work properly as it does not rinse or spin properly, the bidet doesn't work, and there are so many leftover bits of other people's products that there is hardly any room to put your own supplies. The kitchen cupboards are also full of leftover food items. There is a coffee machine, but no pods supplied to go with it. Instead, there were 2 small jam tubs beside it?? The bedroom smells mouldy and under the bed has not been swept for a very long time. For €250 per night I expect it to be clean and hygienic at least."
