"Pros: Overall, a great hotel with a good location by Caorle standards, stylish design, and friendly, attentive staff. The bar is excellent, with a well-curated selection of wines.
Cons: Cleanliness could be improved (e.g. dusty floor, old water left in the coffee machine). Minor construction flaws, such as exposed polyurethane foam around door frames, missing sanitary covers, and a 5 cm step into the bathroom. The building layout is also impractical: the two elevators serve different halves of the hotel, and accessing some rooms without using stairs requires going through the basement. Ceilings are poorly soundproofed – sounds like chairs being moved above were clearly audible. The parking process is quite complicated, with cars potentially located several hundred meters away."
