"Cons: Terrible! pictures on booking are severly missleading, the outside patio space is dangerous and messy. There are two bathrooms ( one outside of the property which is nice and renovated but with a nasty showerhead) . The house was not properly cleaned, there is a lot of stuff probably from previous owners, fridge dirty, inside of closest with a smell that cannot be described, there was no warm water, the staircase is dangerous as you cannot properly hold onto ( someone tried to cover something on the wall with a very bad drywall job, leaving quite dangerous corners on the staircase) We left after one night as the conditions really did not allow us to stay - even taking into consideration we paid upfront. The representative of Novasol did not speak any foreign language and trying to google trasnlate communicate with her that pictures and condition of the house and outside space, do not reflect reality, was impossible. She herself wrote us on google translate that she just gives keys she cannot accept any claims. We reached out to Novasol and asked for some compensation which they refused, citing several reasons (we did not stay over 24 hours, we should have raised the issues with their representative (we did but refused to stay), none of them objective for us." ~Lucia
