The apartment is located adjacent to other farms so be ready to have some farming activities in the morning. Sitting on the balcony you have a great vista. Cons: One could always find something to not be happy with. Overall we didn't have any reasonable complaints. We were renting a great apartment and knew there may be small things but they weren't big enough to note here." ~Parker
