"Pros: The homeowner is a gentleman who is well dressed and elegant. Although he doesn't speak the language, he patiently uses a translator to communicate with us. There are beautiful flowers and succulent plants planted in the yard, as well as mango trees with abundant fruits. Parking in the yard is very safe! The furnishings in the room are very European and warm, and the books and photos on the bookshelf showcase the owner's rich knowledge and experience. We rented a first floor apartment with two bedrooms and two bathrooms, with a simple, clean and comfortable bedroom. The other homestays are all required to leave at 10 am the next day, but the owner kindly told us to leave anytime. If it weren't for catching a plane the next day, we would really hate to leave this cozy little house so soon. This is the most memorable and cost-effective homestay we stayed in during our 18 day trip to Europe. Friends who come to Naples are worth staying!"

"Pros: It was new and clean! they were kind and helpful!! the b&b has a parking lot and it seems safe place despite the fact that it is in the middle of nowhere!
Cons: the only bad thing it the location that is a little bit far and dark all around. but there is a train or metro (I don’t know exactly) in front of the b&b so probably is easy to transfer!"

"Pros: +The apartment was very clean! Bravissimo!
+The room was spacious and the bed was very comfortable.
+It wasn't hard finding parking close to the apartment.
+The hostess had no issues checking us in very late in the day because our flight arrived late.
+The flat has an outdoor area.
+Even though we had no common language of communication the hostess was very friendly and willing to communicate with us to ensure we had a pleasant stay.
Cons: -The apartment needs modernisation and better maintenance, especially the bathroom and the kitchen. The bathroom had no toilet seat, broken toilet roll holder, no rubbish bin and nowhere to leave shampoo and shower gel in the shower chamber so you make the whole place wet every time you grab them from the sink shelf. The kitchen had 2/4 kitchen gas hobs out of order and its gas heater needs repairing as it's leaking gas, we operated it once and after 5 minutes of being on the whole apartment smelled very strongly of gas.
-The baby cot was very useful but in a bad state, it took more than 30 minutes to make it stable enough.
-We stayed there for 5 days and no cleaning or refill of the breakfast supplies (packaged cakes were provided) was offered.
-Value for money was not great for the location and facilities provided."
