"Pros: Fantastic view. Only a few minutes walk from the heart of Bellagio, but the fact that it isn't in the centre means it is very quiet at night. Expect a hard walk from the ferry when arriving if you have heavy luggage (probably around half an hour), but otherwise it's only around 10-15 minutes to the ferry when you are free of this. Very well equipped. Liked the addition of the Bluetooth speaker, which we don't usually see in rentals. Washing machine with tablets too was great. Cons: I had to call because I hadn't received the lockbox code 24 hours before. Please ensure the contract is sent to your guests on time to sign - this was the reason for the delay. As an earlier review from 13th May states, I think you should make it clearer to guests that they can use the lift in the garage rather than carrying luggage up the steps. Fortunately, we made note of that review. At the back of the garage, there is a small staircase which leads to the lift further down the corridor. This was much needed after a tiring journey." ~Kevin
