"Pros: Clean, comfortable, great location. Mini fridge, tea, coffee available. Wine glasses are a nice addition too for those who decide to pick up a bottle. The street is generally quiet. Someone met us to show us the property and where to get/leave the keys. We were able to check in a little earlier than check-in time, which saved us time. Cons: Not that I actively disliked it, just something to keep in mind. Living on the first floor does get you loud people walking by. Owners don’t communicate over this app aside from automated messages, so use WhatsApp. You have to upload your id documents to a third party app along with a selfie. "Pros: The apartment is very nice, spacious and has many amenities. We used the kitchen to cook, the dishwasher and the washing machine. There are detergents for everything there and even enough coffee capsules to last us the whole stay :) We had great communication with the owner, he is a great guy. We stayed there around easter holidays and when we told him the coffee machine wasn't working properly, he came immediately, on easter day, to replace it. Cons: A bigger and better frying pan would be good and some plastic/wood cooking utensils, the metal ones destroy teflon pans. The couch is leather, it's not to our taste and maybe because of that we found it very uncomfortable when watching tv." ~Irina2487

"Pros: The house itself was spacious, had everything you might need, comfy, stylish, very good location in zhe middle of the distance btw Bari vecchhia and the train station Cons: The procedures to book this apartament were a little bit long and exaggerated. "Pros: Really nice appartment with high ceilings nicely decorated and nice beds not to mention the ocean view balcony with morning sun and comfortable room for two. Located within walking distance to all attractions like the old town, the Murat area and the beach / sea front. Maybe the best part for us as a couple was the neighbourhood with small shops, restuarants and bars - a perfect way to blend in with the local area of Bari." ~Per
