"Pros: I had a great stay here. I had seen some comments before about moisture and I had some concerns because I know this area of Bari has these issues but it was not the case. The room had absolutely no smell and everything felt fresh and clean. They were really nice and made sure we had towels of all sizes, toothpaste, shower gel, new toilet paper rolls, tea, sugar, coffee creamer... honestly so kind of them as they had absolutely no reason to be this nice but they were. We had some trouble with our plane being late and the host's mom waited for us and explained the basics to us. Genuinely a LOVELY lady that was kind and sweet to us even though we had made her wait. I'm very grateful to them both. They did leave us some local wine as well, which is an extremely kind gesture. I got a little confused by the lights but I figured it out, haha, smart thinking to have them linked. One thing, be aware that the room is divided into two, downstairs is the kitchen and upstairs the bedroom and bathroom. We had absolutely no issue with this and loved it but people with mobility issues need to know there are stairs to climb. Overall very very happy to have chosen this place to stay in. Ps. "Pros: This accommodation is a true gem in the heart of the old city. The staff is exceptionally reliable, ensuring a smooth and pleasant stay. While the narrow, spiral staircase may be a challenge for some, it adds to the charm and authenticity of this historical accommodation. The entire place is spotless, with excellent Wi-Fi and easy access. The shower area is a bit unconventional but not a major issue. Heating and hot water meet the highest standards, providing comfort throughout the stay. The addition of a refrigerator and a kettle was particularly convenient, making it easy to enjoy breakfast before setting off for a day full of adventures.
