This hotel, surrounded by greenery, consists of two farmhouses and an old mill, recently renovated according to the principles of bio-architecture. The two stone houses with stairs, arcades and loggias, about 80 metres apart, consist of: "Casa Mugnaio", in the lower part, arranged over two levels, with rooms only, and "Casa Petrara", in the upper part, arranged over three levels, with rooms, the main facilities, a pigeon tower and a farmyard. The mill is 300 metres from Casa Mugnaio. Check-in operations are performed directly on site (according to a fixed schedule). Late check-in must be reported in advance. Casa Petrara features a living room with three naves and a meeting room.
