"Pros: I liked the ease of self check in. The person on the phone was helpful answering quickly. When we were checking out she arranged a taxi for us. The room was clean and well appointed. Cons: There was only one issue for me.During the night people were ding-dong ditching the door. This not only made for interrupted sleep but I didn't feel particularly safe. The outside door advertising the fact that it was a rental was right on the street. Felt a bit vulnerable." ~Evelyn
