Free Wi-Fi is available throughout. Featuring a patio, the air-conditioned rooms at A3Passi have a private entrance, either tiled or marble floors, and a flat-screen TV with satellite channels. The bathrooms are complete with free toiletries and a hairdryer. Breakfast at the farm stay is buffet-style. The restaurant serves regional cuisine using farm produce, such as olive oil, vegetables and chicken. Discounted green fees at the local Golf Club Conero Sirolo are available. Torrette seaside is 4 km away, while Ancona Train Station is 7 km away. Falconara Airport is a 20-minute drive. On-site free parking is available, and the owner provides an airport shuttle service on request.

Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Piscina is closed from Sun 17 Sept 2023 until Sat 01 Jun 2024 Please note that the airport shuttle is at an additional cost. When using a GPS navigation sytem, please enter Via della Lodola and then follow the signs. If you expect to arrive outside reception opening hours, please inform the property in advance, in order to arrange check-in. The restaurant is closed on Sunday.
