"Pros: A nice house with a nice view. The house is also well equipped with all mod cons. Cons: In spite of registering online, because we were told it would make picking up the keys quicker, we spent nearly an hour waiting in the office of the letting agency whilst the one staff member dealt with several other prospective customers none of whom had registered online and each of whom took a long time to be dealt with. In spite of being only 5 minutes drive from Sirolo the property is relatively remote which means that all journeys must be undertaken by car (no footpaths in the area and the road is twisty with fast traffic). On arrival at the property we discovered that there was no internet connection!! No internet in the 21st century & at the prices charged for the accomodation?! Digital nomads (or anyone who needs to run a business whilst on the move) beware!! The letting agency also feels that you should partake in waste disposal duties up-to-and-including driving any glass bottles or containers a couple of kilometers to a collection point in a neighbouring village. Sorry! I'll keep the place as clean as my own home, and respect it accordingly, but trips to the dump are not part of my vacation plans! We did, however, separate the plastic and cardboard and leave them in the corresponding bins at the gate. We're not totally unreasonable!" ~Scott
