"Pros: The location was close to the city center, and the private parking was great. The apartment has everything you need for an extended stay, like cooking and cleaning tools. The terrace was wonderful especially in the morning when the sun was up, the perfect place for drinking coffee in the morning. The host was friendly and the check-in and check-out were quick. "Pros: The location was great for visiting the old town which as an easy walk of 15 minutes. Great secure parking on the property. Attentive hosts when needed who provided lots of good info. The apartment was large, clean, well equipped and modern with 2 balconies. The sky terrace was a very nice touch to get drinks and a hot tub if needed. Cons: Absolutely nothing." ~Geoffrey

"Pros: Lo Scrigno du Ely is a very good option for a nice vacation in Alghero. The owner, Daniele, greeted me to give me the keys and some info about the apartment. You have the comfort of your own home, with everything you need for a pleasant stay. The kitchen is fully equiped, you also have a Dolce Gusto coffee machine with capsules and also a light breakfast (fette biscottate, jam, milk, mineral water). The bathroom has a washing machine with laundry liquid included. The bedroom is well decorated and has a comfortable bed. Everything is clean, well mantained and looks like new. I appreciated that the "house rules" were translated in Romanian. The apartment is close to the historic center (10-15 walk) and to the Via Catalogna bus station (for the airport). Also a very good pizzeria (Trigu) is a 3 minutes walk, a nice pasticerria (Royal Alghero) is 5 minutes walk and there are supermarkets nearby. Cons: The bathroom was very clean and decorated. The only thing that bothered me in the first day was a cleaning solution smell that resembled like Raid. Other than that, everything was perfect." ~Silviu
