"Pros: The location was ideal! Very ideal for those without a car as the bus stops were very close, plenty of restaurants nearby, walkable distance to both the city beach and the historic center (10 mins). Short and cheap bus rides from the best beaches (Bombarde and Maria Pia). Convenient to get to and from the airport. The room was very spacious, check-in and check-out was very convenient. The property manager was speedy in their responses. As someone who only traveled with a small bag, it was very nice to have shampoo/conditioner/body wash/lotion/hairdryer in the bathroom. Cons: Just two small things (irrelevant if you don't care about this). 1) I was under the impression that I had booked a room with the balcony. While our room was super spacious, there was no balcony. 2) I asked for an extra towel but did not receive it. When I did I was told that I had just arrived, why would I need an extra towel, and that the housekeeper had already left so there wasn't a way to get an extra towel." ~Kamakshi
