"Pros: Supermarkets are very close, apartment is new and clean, the parking nearby is always available and free, cooking equipment was very good Cons: The communication with the manager before arrival was terrible and not acceptable. He was not picking the phone and then telling me in the very rude way that it is 8 in the morning, it is too early to call and he did not want to pick up. Although we did not agree on the hour of the arrival, which is usually initiated by accommodation, we were arriving on that day so we needed to agree on it. In the original reservation the check-in was at 2 PM, he said in the chat it is 4PM, then he changed it also on booking (but I had screenshot showing 2PM fortunately). Gas was switched off (so we could not cook for almost 2 days), it should have been checked. Although the rest of the trip, the communication was okay, the arrival part was very bad experience and that is why I would not recommend this accommodation" ~Petra

"Pros: Perfect location and the appartament was restored and quiet, 10 minutes walking to the beach and 15 to the old town! Also the host Ilaria was so friendly and helped me collecting the stroller that I forgot in a random street in Alghero, very nice experience! Cons: Nothing" ~Marco
