"Pros: The apartment is situated in the heart of Alghero and within a few minutes short stroll to everything. The apartment itself was spotlessly clean and had everything you’d need for a great holiday including really comfortable beds a fully equipped kitchen and the balcony is a nice plus. It was also refreshing to actually meet and speak with someone to collect the keys, a nice personal touch! Giovanna is extremely kind and helpful with bus information, restaurants and so on. Nothing was too much trouble and she always responded within minutes to enquiries. We loved our stay and will certainly be back. Cons: Nothing, the apartment and Giovanna were great!" ~Sinead

"Pros: Very central, everything a short walk. Big, authentic appartement on first floor. Big kitchen and would suit 4 easily, possibly 5. It is clean and easy to keep clean. The hosts were genuine and great. They hosted us for a large authentic Sardinian meal (extra cost) at their house and picked us up from the airport (for a shuttle fee). Cons: There is no air conditioning and it was very hot all week. This is a consideration in hot weather. The appartement facilities are ample but basic. The fridge was continuously leaking inside and needs replacement. Most of the furniture is dark wood and as a number of lights were not working (bar area and hall), thé appartement had a dark ambiance when the shutters are closed during the day to keep the place cool." ~Ian
