"Pros: It was a room in a proper apartment building with parking and elevator, and the layout and facilities were sufficient for our family of five. The balcony with a ceiling and a table and chairs was very useful as it was fully functional even on rainy days. We have mostly stayed in apartments on our travels, but our stay here was really wonderful and we were very impressed with the hospitality and attention to detail of the host couple. The equipment in the kitchen and bathroom was a reflection of the host's attention to detail. Everything we needed for our stay was provided and we didn't feel any inconvenience. If you have a car, this place is also very strategically located. It is highly recommended as it is easy to access La Spezia, Cinque Terre, and even the Leaning Tower of Pisa. Cons: It is possible to hang out laundry on the balcony attached to the dining area, which worked well during our stay, but I thought it would be much better if there was a dryer." ~Metal5774
