"Pros: The location was great, near shops and main trulli areas.
Facilities were great, very nice design and the room was clean.
The staff were very nice and very helpful.
Cons: - Unfortunately for us there was no breakfast available at the time for our room since it was further from the main building, so that was a minus. However, we did understand that the menu was not yet approved and rather than having a sub par service the location preferred to just not offer it at the time.
- The upstairs terrace was not really usable, as it was not set up for outside use, no table/ chairs set up, no umbrella, unlike the terrace next to ours which was very nice (see pic) and the jacuzzi wasn’t available, which was also unfortunate, since both were some of the main reasons for choosing the location."
