"Pros: Check-in was quick and smooth, and the rooms were well-organized. The food was good. We really appreciated the flexibility at checkout - we were allowed to stay until 1 PM instead of 11 AM, which made a big difference for us after a late arrival and a rough night going out. Cons: Cleaning was good in general, but could have been slightly better, particularly in the shower booth in our room (though after speaking with the reception we were kindly given an extra room to shower in, which was very generous given the late hour) and in some areas of the dining room." ~רמי
