"Pros: The front desk receptionist was welcoming during a busy Shabbot time. They kept our luggage while we waited for our room to be ready. Our room had an exceptional view of the city. It was clean and comfortable. We had a suite, and it was spacious. The dinner and breakfast buffet offered more than enough with a variety of healthy, fresh-made options. It was a pleasant stay, and we were able to take a day to rest and be refreshed during our busy travels. I gladly recommend this hotel. Cons: We specifically chose this hotel for the spa but when we arrived, it was closed for renovations. The manager explained that recently the spa and hotel are now 2 separate businesses. The hotel has no influence on the spa operations. He kindly and professionally handled our disappointment and gave us other perks to enlighten our hearts." ~Jane
