"Pros: Mostly nothing except the cooking arrangement and the proximity to groceries and transportation and the air conditioning. Cons: The inconvenience of the loft and the location of the bathroom 20 m away. Also the weekly to biweekly appearance of half-dead to active giant cockroaches on the lower floor. I think the "apartment" is a converted garage or bomb shelter. It lacks weatherproofing and window screens. The beds are as hard as boards, only the single mattress down stairs is useable.
