"Pros: A great experience for children, we booked this hotel to make sure our son had a good time and he did! Cons: - the dining room: crowded, depressing lighting, people on top of one another, so noisy and felt suffocating. If you come at peak hours you need to stand in line to get in. - the pool opening hours: kids wake up early and are excited to start the day - opening the pool at 9 and water park at 10 was way too late for our lifestyle - kids club broken games & consoles: while the vibe in the kids club was nice only 20% of the screens and consoles worked; the rest were broken." ~Anonymous
