"Pros: Within walking distance of city center, fairly new. Cons: Not very well maintained. Apartment was not set for the number of people ordered for and there was no way to get a hold of the operator. No parking which could be a challenge in this part of the city, strong smell from the near by steakhouse." ~Guy

"Pros: Well done unit in Seaside, which is across the street from the Sea and right in the middle of all the action. Very comfortable unit with nice size refrigerator and a comfortable balcony. There’s a convenience store downstairs as well as shopping and restaurants. I highly recommend the pizza place downstairs Pizza Meter, very tasty. There is also a grill downstairs but if you ask me, you can find a lot better food elsewhere. Cons: Beware of the parking situation. The dirt lot next door is where most have been parking but the city recently put up signs restricting overnight parking and has been giving out tickets. Pretty distasteful, especially for a dirt lot in an area of town with lots of tourists. Why should the city care? Money is of course the answer. I saw quite a few tickets on car windshields there. I’m now sure how this will be resolved for visitors and where to park, but it definitely creates a challenge if you’re bringing the car. As to the building and unit itself, both are really nice and a very good value." ~Shaye
