"Pros: Cozy accommodations, good food, fine people, welcoming atmosphere. I found Annie May's because of a planned trip to Cape Clear Island. I based out of Skibbereen for convenience. What I found was and lively town with exceptional people and a great arts and music scene. My only regret is that I didn't plan a longer stay. Traveling from Cork by public transport was easy and friendly (locals guided me in - and checked on me after arrival). As a solo traveler, those kinds of courtesies are priceless. The owner was attentive and committed to ensuring that I had a good stay. Breakfast was the best of what travelers are hoping for with great service and divine food.
