"Pros: this charming cottage is located amongst stunning scenery on the Donegal coast - easy walking to beautiful beaches. The local town - Ardara - has everything you need and plenty of pubs with local music. The cottage is moderately furnished and maintained in a traditional way. There is an open fire which adds charm and, practically, warmth too! Lots of outside space for sitting in the sunshine and hanging washing

Great for start gazing. Really remote spot for total peace and quiet.
Cons: Would have been useful to have a bit more local information, maps of the area, restaurants, shops etc. Owner gave us lots of info when we arrived but there isn't any WiFi (which I liked!) so it's hard to look things up."
