"Pros: The layout of the house is ideal for a large group with penty of space and is well equipped. The sofas and beds are comfortable. 3 of the bedrooms have en suites, with a further 2 bathrooms. A utility room with washer and dryer. A number of extra folding chairs to add to the dining set of 6 chairs, or to use outside. The garden is large with fabulous views. It only takes 20 minutes to walk down into Goleen. The heating works very well, if required. Cons: The odour of sceptic tank drain from the ground floor master ensuite. The filters in the extractor fan are old and furry with grease, they need to be changed ASAP." ~Tracy
