"Pros: Dunlewey Lodge is in a stunning location against the backdrop of the mountain and overlooking the lake and hills of the Poison Glen. There are beautiful scenic views from all windows in the house, there is a calming and relaxing atmosphere as you are immersed in nature and the outdoor seated areas offer breathtaking views. The gentle bubbling of the garden stream and the rippling of the lake offer a sense of solace and solitude. The rooms were immaculate with all the home comforts available and a kind welcome pack was there on arrival. Marie and Pat are thoughtful and caring hosts. My parents were involved in an accident on the way to the house and our hosts visited the hospital to offer assistance and made contact by telephone and email on numerous occasions with offers of help and support even offering to cancel their own holiday. They gifted my parents flowers and extended our departure time to allow for transport of my injured parents to be arranged. A truly beautiful home, stunning location and incredible hosts who went way over and above. I would recommend Dunlewey Lodge to anyone and would encourage you to book. Many thanks to Marie and Pat, your kindness is very much appreciated. We hope to see you again soon. Cooley/Hawthorne family.

"Pros: We stayed here for the first six nights of our two weeks in Ireland, and we really liked the relaxation of being in rural Donegal in this sweet cottage. We like having a fire every night. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook." ~Griffin-jenkins
