"Pros: Great location - a few minutes’ walk from Dún Laoghaire town centre, only a little further to the lovely villages Sandycove and Monkstown, and the DART (suburban rail) will get you to Dublin in 30 minutes. The rooms are simple but have everything I need. Not all are ensuite but not a dealbreaker for me. Nice touch of pain au chocolat per guest left with the coffee and tea supplies: in the days when you often don’t get biscuits any longer in hotels, a little treat with the morning coffee goes a little way. Cons: There’s not much in the way of soundproofing so it’s easy to hear what’s going on in the next room over." ~Keith
