Cons: Water heater was not on upon arrival - cold showers on night 1 until we figured out how to turn it on and let it run for multiple hours. Clothes dryer was filthy and did not work as a result of being clogged with lint. Had to spend 15 min cleaning out dryer to get it to work. Smoke detectors were not installed on bottom floor - very unsafe. Kitchen chairs were broken. Visible water damage in ceiling of kitchen - smelled musty. No shower curtain in one of the bathrooms made one shower unusable. Weeds over growing in courtyard. Property was not well kept or very clean. No hand towels or paper towels in bathroom / kitchens. Carpet torn on stairs - tripping hazard. Provider unresponsive to multiple messages through booking.com. Construction across the street was loud and disturbing."
