"Pros: We were warmly greeted by the host. He even insisted on carrying our bags up the stairs. We were also greeted with a wee bit of Irish Cream, which was wonderful. The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was fabulous. There was a great selection of food and it was all wonderful. Cons: There was no clear signage on the outside of the house." ~Cheryl

"Pros: The bed was very comfortable with 2 choices of pillows. The rooms are quiet. Free wifi. Free Parking. The grounds and the surrounding area are beautiful. Friendly staff. TV with many options. Cons: The promised minibar was empty and it wasn't even turned on to store anything. The breakfast was more about quantity than quality and every day the same choice. For a 5* hotel you would expect scrambled eggs not to be dry and inedible and orange juice to be fresh and not from a carton. I was asked if I wanted to join the Radisson Loyalty Program which I did, but then they refused to give me points for my 3 night stay because I reserved the room through Booking.com. The bathroom needs an update and there was mould in the shower. The handle in the bath was broken, which is very dangerous." ~Seán
