"Cons: I did not receive details of check in which I was suppose to have 7 days in advance. Spent the day and afternoon of the day before trying to locate the host with no success as not replying to their landline or mobile. It was late evening the day before our travel that the host sent the information. On arrival we had difficulty getting the tv to work as no instructions were left in the accommodation . The emergency number they had left, was the cleaning lady who was away on a break herself in Wales UK. She did no know how to work the TV but kindly agreed to try and sort someone to come around to sort, which happened. She also expressed surprise that it was her number the company had given us to contact if needed."
