"Pros: Room was clean and modern, bed very comfy. Strong AC. Hot water shower, toilet with bidet and toilet paper. Strong and reliable WiFi! Each room has a nice sitting area right out front, wonderful to sip a morning coffee. Large common spaces and free coffee/tea in the mornings and evenings. Free drinking water, plus 2 bottles of water per night. Good location. Right by Lempuyangan train station with trains to Prambanan Temple or Solo for just 8k. Many cheap food stalls around. 15 min walk to Malioboro street or a 7k moto ride to Prawirotaman street. I was able to leave my bag there after checkout. Parking for cars and motorcycles. Cons: It's rather loud, as the motorcycle parking area is right in front of the rooms. So you hear the roar of their engines in the mornings and at night. There's also a mosque next door with a loud call to prayer at 4:30am. The AC in my room (106) sometimes made a strange high pitched chirping noise." ~Mochileroo
