"Pros: We stayed here for 2 nights. At first, everything seemed great—the view was beautiful, and the atmosphere was relaxing. However, not everything matched the photos, as some of the facilities were a bit outdated and in need of repair.
The service itself was actually nice. I appreciated that the room was cleaned when we were out—it’s a thoughtful touch.
One thing that impacted the experience was the presence of the host, Mr. Wayan Mandra. While I understand he meant well, I felt that his frequent presence around the villa—often appearing in the background—took away from the sense of privacy.
On the day of checkout, he arrived at the villa at 9 AM to start cleaning and mentioned that checkout was at 11 AM, even though the listing on Booking.com stated 12 PM. I wish this had been communicated earlier, as it made us feel rushed and unable to fully enjoy our last moments at the villa. We checked out at 11 AM but left feeling a bit uncomfortable, even though I believe that was not his intention.
Overall, the stay was pleasant, but there’s room for improvement in terms of communication and respecting guests’ space and time."
