"Pros: We loved the way the Villa was set up, and truly enjoyed the outside living space. It was a unique experience for us to have the kitchen, dining and seating areas without walls! There are several wonderful restuarants within walking distance, and our favorite breakfast spot was a 3 minute walk- Coffee to Go Kecil. The pool was refreshing, and the perfect size. The views from the second floor and the tree house overlooked the rice fields. Surprisingly we did not have much issues with mosquitos, etc. And the first floor outdoor bathroom was fabulous! Jassa the house manager is able to arrange tours, and (lovely!) massages so don't worry if you have not set anything up prior to arrival. This might be the best way to go, especially if traveling during the rainy season. Depending on traffic, it can be 15 to 30 minutes into Ubud. Don't miss the dance at the Ubud Palace and the Neka Art Museum! Should our travels bring us back to Ubud, we will definitely stay again at Heavenly View, and stay longer- 3 days was not long enough to enjoy everything! We loved Heavenly Villa! Cons: Lights on at night attract bugs due to some of the living space be with no walls. We figured out how to be in the living space without the indoor lighting by using the pool and yard spot lights. I would recommend the Villa adds a floor fan or two, and 2 luggage stands for each of the bedrooms. These suggestions would not deter us from staying here again!" ~Mary

"Pros: Everything!! Hot water and pressure was fantastic. Was extremely close walk to restaurants and coffee and shops, extremely relaxing and tucked away from the noise of the main road. Pool was clean and very inviting. Aircon was always a great bonus as my travel companion loved it.our host Surya was sent to us from the heavens above, guiding us all around ubud and it’s surrounded area. Waiting for us when we went shopping, sharing knowledge, he and his beautiful family were so caring and thoughtful, they truely made this stay at tegeswoodhouse a fabulous experience I will forever remember and be grateful for! A massive thank you Cons: I couldn’t fault this property whatsoever. Wifi was a problem at one stage but again this was a network issue and nothing to do with this wifi here" ~Maryanne
