"Cons: Wrong guesthouse name & location provided on the site and the contact number on the booking is out of service! The name of the villa is not Seminyak guest house, it is Lumatri Guesthoue and the location on the map is wrong. We drove around for over an hour tryng to find the place. Finally a nearby guesthouse told us, oh you are probably looking for Lumtari guesthouse. They said this always happens and that 3 others that week also searching for the place. The contact number provided on the booking is not reachable. Tried to contact through the chat feature on booking.com to say I wanted to leave early, there was no way to get in contact with anyone. Room was not cleaned properly, hair and jewelry from previous guest left under the bed. Room full of mosquitos. Pool not clean." ~Hazel

"Pros: The location was very central and close to the beach. The pool was excellent. Due to the open roof it warmed up really well. It was clean and comfortable. The room itself was excellent. The surfer aesthetic was refreshing. Everything felt minimal and clean. The room was cleaned every day. New towels, toilet paper, and linen were provided every day. A good restaurant to eat breakfast, lunch, and dinner (Basil Kitchen) was located nearby, basically accross the road. The staff are exceptionally helpful and friendly. It was good value for money. The TV and wifi worked smoothly. The towels were good quality. Cons: - The room provided two pillows but could not provide more when requested. - The bathroom may seem a little small for larger guys. - When people use the common area (the shared kitchen in front of the pool) the entire day to conduct business or entertain guests, it can be uncomfortable and awkward when trying to use the space or pool. - In Villa 1, the side shelf next to the bed was broken (the bottom kept bottming out and falling). - In order to reach the villa you need to walk down a side dirt road. There are 2 to 3 dogs not on leashes that roam the road and bark aggresively when you walk by. The daily walk entering and exiting the premises was extremely uncomfortable and dangerous." ~Sheik

"Pros: The location is good with restaurants and supermarkets in walking distance. The accomodation is a bit retreated from the street, no traffic was hearable Cons: The beds are very small and quite uncomfortable. We didn't sleep good and had to move out early. There is a loud beeping noise in the pool area which is audible in the room at night. It's a loud sound, turning on and off for the whole night in a 30-60 second rhythm. The rooms are very very small and have not much space." ~Wohlsperger
