"Pros: location is pretty good, quiet area, villa located near the end of the road, private parking spot inside 3 bedrooms available; can park 1 car in front of the property, other car must park and walk A nice gazebo on top of garage you can do BBQ at the garden at the back Cons: 3rd room located outside + upstairs with narrow stairs, felt like separated from the others; during rainy season, you will get wet as the stairs area is open to raindrops" ~Victor
