"Pros: The location lends itself to stunning sunrises and impressive views throughout the day. At low tide, you can walk down the private steps into a protected area for snorkeling. The staff is very accommodating and wants to make sure you thoroughly enjoy your stay. Besides the meals they prepared for us, they also brewed fresh coffee each morning and arranged for massages to happen by the pool a couple times during our stay. There's a beautiful entry path with a little koi pond and turtles! Cons: There were a couple issues we came across, the first one being the A/C in one of the rooms did not work properly and was leaking, but the staff attended to it quickly and were able to at least improve its functioning. The same room also later had an issue with its sliding doors not closing properly, which did not help the A/C, but the staff also worked quickly to fix this issue. Besides these things, there's just small things like areas being a little outdated." ~Elizabeth
