"Pros: the staff is incredibly nice and helpful. i left my water bottle at the lobby and they were very kind and offered to send it to where i am right now. one of very few decent places to stay in bitung, and it's not bad at all for that price range. Cons: sheets were grimy, i could see old stains on it. unfortunately it's very noisy location so i had to wear my noise-cancelling headphones to sleep at night." ~Rinaldi
