"Pros: This hotel is very beautiful compared to its price. The food provided by the hotel is also quite affordable. The facilities are fairly complete, including a swimming pool, shuttle service, and fitness studio. The restaurant is especially beautiful in the evening and sunsey, with a river flowing beneath it. The views of the rice fields, Mount Sumbing, and the river are stunning. The staff’s hospitality is excellent. Cons: They are very stingy in providing soap and shampoo, even though you can request more. Still, it’s inconvenient to keep having to ask for soap. Some of my family members also reported that the pillowcases and duvet covers smelled like other people’s perfume. If it’s true that the linens were not changed, this is a serious issue for a star-rated hotel. Hopefully, it was just their imagination. The thin walls between rooms and the ease of hearing conversations from neighboring guests are also serious drawbacks for a private hotel of this class." ~Handoko
