"Pros: Mala (trainee) did our check-in — she’s super friendly and truly a ray of sunshine! Having access to the beach club is a huge plus, we loved to lay on the sunbeds. Breakfast was also very good, with several options. Cons: - The bathroom was in a terrible state — very dirty and clearly in need of a deep clean. There was also a strong and persistent sewage smell, which made the experience very unpleasant. We only had hot water on the first day. - The service at the Beach Club was very inconsistent. On the first day, we waited at the entrance not knowing if we should just go in and sit down. Two staff members saw us but didn’t approach, and during the entire time on the sunbeds, no one brought a menu or asked if we wanted anything — it felt like they weren’t really interested in serving. On the second day, the service was much better: we got the menu and the flag. On the third day, the menu was given to us, but only after an hour." ~Joana
