"Pros: We stayed at the Palace so it was almost all-inclusive with afternoon tea, cocktails, full mini bar so it was a luxurious stay for a great price. The staff were very attentive and respectful. The resort has activities for all ages, I enjoyed the Balinese theater. Resort has its own beach and beach bar in front so it's a very great place to chill. Cons: There was confusion when we were checking in where we were offered the all-inclusive upgrade even though we didn't meet the minimum nights stay.
