"Pros: Property is an expansive, lush garden setting. Really beautiful and close to Ubud center. They surprised us with an Anniversary greeting at check We got a pool villa and it was beautiful. Outdoor shower area with a beautiful rock wall. We did the B.B.Q. dinner show one evening and it was entertaining. Staff helped with transport for a fee. Staff are super friendly and remember your name. The breakfast was really good. There was some sort of poo on our front porch every morning which we found hilarious and was promptly cleaned when requested. Main pool is beautiful with great service and cold coconuts. Staff simply amazing.
Cons: Property is older and a bit musty. It rained heavily in late May, which compounded the wet feeling. Breakfast was great but other meals we took were basic and lacked flavor. Overall not up to 5* standard, but we enjoyed our stay."
