"Pros: The location and the OMAXE built Eternity Residential cum Commercial complex is very well located, serene, has greeneries, is maintained clean. Meera Eternity is located in the Tower of the OMAXE Eternity's central commercial areas where restaurants and shops for the OMAXE Eternity at Virndavan is built. The Rooms are very clean, AC works well, Basic facilities like Tea Maker, Geyser all works well. Our room also had a great view of OMAXE Eternity from a height. Cons: The BREAKFAST was part of the package when I booked it at Booking.com . At Meera Eternity we were told that breakfast is not part of the package. We need to pay separately to get the breakfast delivered at the room or at a restaurant on the ground floor. This could be a mistake of booking.com as well - which I do not know. The many facilities listed (e.g., Swimming Pool) is part of OMAXE properties where these rooms are located. To use the Swimming Pool one has to pay extra. All these were not clear from the booking done. Booking.com must make these much more clear and unambigous. Another episode was not pleasant - but for this I will not hold Meera Eternity at fault. On the day I arrived, the power was not there at 12-30 PM (on Friday, 14Apr2023). The generators were not working. The lift finally became operational only at about 2-30 PM. So instead of checking in at 01-00 PM, we checked in at 2-40 PM and in the meanwhile we had lunch. After enquiring with people around the simultaneous UP state power failure and generator failure was a rare event and that should not be held against Meera Eternity." ~Indradeb

"Pros: It was good stay but some improvement required like proper repair of instruments, bathroom utilities etc Over all good experience specifically manager is very good, his behavior is very polite and helpful. Cons: Cooperative staff" ~Shiv
