"Pros: I had a wonderful experience at this property, which is conveniently located near the Sarangnath Shiva Temple. The property is well-maintained, offering excellent hospitality facilities. The staff are friendly, attentive, and always willing to lend a helping hand. They ensured that all my needs were met, making my stay truly comfortable. I was particularly impressed by the owner's personal touch. Despite my late-night arrival, they were available to take my call and provided helpful directions to ensure I reached the property safely with my family and kids. Overall, I highly recommend this property for its excellent location, warm hospitality, and exceptional service. Cons: The rooms can be a little bigger for the price is what I feel." ~Subbrat

"Pros: The rooms were clean however there were too many mosquitoes in the lobby area. Front desk staff and house keeping would not buy or use mosquito spray to kill turn off. Cons: We booked 6 rooms in total one of which was for our personal driver and security/ assistance. Our rooms also included breakfast for all guests. However when we came down for breakfast the member of staff at the breakfast area desk wasn’t happy about our driver eating with us. Member of staff through that he’s was eating without paying, we then showed him that all room included breakfast and he is one of the guest. Overall that member of staff was not pleasant to be around" ~Dillan
