You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Payment before arrival via bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. Please note that we do not accept group bookings of more than 3 people at this property. For any queries please contact the hostel. All Guests are required to show a valid passport upon check-in. Please note that cash payment is preferred upon check in at the property. Credit card payment is acceptable but with 3% bank surcharge. Please note that for bookings between December 21st to 3rd January, an invoice would be sent post the confirmation for collection of full advance payment. Post payment of which the booking would stand confirmed at the property.
